Alliance Automotive Group acquires Amand Service France
Alliance Automotive Group, one of the leading distributors of car and HGV parts in France and Europe, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Saint Amand Service France (SASF), a distributor specialising in bodywork parts. The Saint Amand Service France platform is located in Villebon-surYvette (91) and has two sales offices in Lyon and Toulouse. Its turnover was 20 million Euros in 2014. This acquisition complements the Group’s development strategy in the Crash-Repair market, after the extension of specialised brands Précisium Color and Color Services, leading distributors of painting in France.
